Jeff and Bethany brought Micah down and stayed the night with us Friday night.  It was really fun.  In my opinion, Micah did awesome for his first trip away from home.  We watched The Bourne Supremacy on HD-DVD.  We wanted to watch The Rundown, but I couldn't find it on HD-DVD.

After the movie, we fired up the Wii, and played Wii Sports.  Jeff and I played boxing for the first time, and we are still sore from it.  It was an unbelievable workout.

Man, if you want to get the most soreness out of your Wii, you gotta try that Rayman game. That game has several minigames designed to wear you out. Jerry and I nearly lost two arms between the two of us on the carrot juice pumping level.

Dude, I believe. A couple of weeks ago I played the virtual boxing game at ESPNZone in Cali and was sore for at least 3 days. Quite a workout!

Hey bro! I just got the wii! Madden is so much more fun on wii than I could have ever imagined. We need to figure out what games can be played online and how to do that and stuff. Need for speed is also pretty cool but surprisingly difficult to drive! Seriously. i'm really good at flipping the rx-8 though. Cheers!
